The social question, again
People's concerns about AI are political and social before they are technical, and they are rising. Enterprise adoption was not built for that.

I'm Hayk. I integrate AI into human systems: organizations, teams, and the habits people actually work by. My mission is simple to say and hard to do: make sure new technology serves the people who live with it.
For five years I worked inside a Big 4 firm, deploying AI at serious scale. Over 100,000 people. I saw what actually happens when the tools arrive: what works, what breaks, and who gets left out of the picture.
So I left. In the summer of 2026 I walked out of that career to do the work directly: studying what AI actually does to the way people work and think, and building tools that keep judgment human. This site is where I host my knowledge pieces, research, artifacts and other things I build to make ideas tangible.
Away from the screen I'm a musician, I run my family's 150-year-old winery, and I ride my XSR900 through the Swiss Alps with friends. If something here lands with you, write me. I answer.
